Little Investors App הוא כלי לימודי להתנסות אישית ומשפחתית בניהול כסף ולהבנה פשוטה של עקרונות השקעה וסיכון.

האפליקציה אינה אפליקציית השקעות אמיתית, אינה מחזיקה או מעבירה כסף אמיתי, אינה ברוקר, בנק או יועץ, ואינה מספקת ייעוץ השקעות, פיננסי, משפטי או מס. כל הסכומים, התשואות, ההפסדים והסיכונים המוצגים הם נתוני תרגול והמחשה בלבד.

אין התחייבות לתוצאות

חישובים, תחזיות, תשובות של העוזר החכם ותיאורי סיכון עשויים להיות חלקיים, לא מדויקים או לא מובנים. הם אינם מבטיחים תשואה ואינם משקפים בהכרח ביצועים או סיכון בעולם האמיתי.

מנהל המשפחה אחראי לפרטי החשבון, לפעילות המשתמשים בחשבון ולפיקוח על השימוש של ילדים.

זמינות ושמירת מידע

השירות ניתן כפי שהוא וכפי שהוא זמין. אין התחייבות לפעילות רציפה, לתקינות מלאה, לדיוק או לשמירת מידע לצמיתות. מידע וחשבונות עלולים להימחק או להפוך לבלתי זמינים. אין להשתמש באפליקציה כתחליף לגיבוי עצמאי.

מחיר ושינויים בשירות

האפליקציה מוצעת כעת ללא תשלום. הדבר עשוי להשתנות בעתיד. לא ייגבה תשלום חדש ללא הצגת המחיר והתנאים מראש וקבלת פעולה מתאימה מצד המשתמש. אנו רשאים לשנות, להגביל או להפסיק חלקים מהשירות.

שימוש הוגן ועדכוני תנאים

אין להשתמש בשירות באופן בלתי חוקי, פוגעני או הפוגע באבטחה או במשתמשים אחרים. אנו עשויים להשעות חשבון שנעשה בו שימוש לרעה. התנאים עשויים להתעדכן; במקרה של שינוי מהותי נציג הודעה מתאימה ונבקש הסכמה חדשה כאשר הדבר נדרש.

Purpose of the service

Little Investors App is an educational tool for personal and family exploration of money management and a simple understanding of investment and risk concepts.

The app is not a real investing application. It does not hold or transfer real money, is not a broker, bank, or adviser, and does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. All amounts, returns, losses, and risks displayed are simulations and illustrations only.

No promise of results

Calculations, projections, Smart Helper answers, and risk descriptions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misunderstood. They do not guarantee returns and may not reflect real-world performance or risk.

Do not make real financial decisions based on the app. Check authoritative sources and consult an appropriate professional before making such decisions.

User responsibility and limitation of liability

Use of the app is solely at the risk of the user and family manager. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app's operators are not responsible for financial loss, mistaken decisions, misunderstandings, lost information, or other harm caused by use of the app, reliance on its software or content, or its unavailability.

The family manager is responsible for account information, user activity, and supervision of children's use.

Availability and information retention

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or permanent retention of information. Information and accounts may be deleted or become unavailable. Do not use the app as a substitute for independent records or backups.

Price and service changes

The app is currently provided free of charge. This may change in the future. No new charge will apply without presenting the price and terms in advance and obtaining an appropriate action from the user. We may change, limit, or discontinue parts of the service.

Fair use and changes to these terms

Do not use the service unlawfully, abusively, or in a way that harms security or other users. We may suspend accounts used improperly. We may update these terms; we will provide appropriate notice of material changes and request renewed acceptance where required.
